01 CHALLENGE
Understanding the Challenge
WHO IS IT FOR
Customers of my client are mostly male home-owners and most made products are iron gates of various types.
CHALLENGE
Client did not have many references and content to provide yet, so I had to "cook from water" and create most of it for him. Therefore, in addition to building the website, I took an initiative and did photoshoot of his projects and copywriting in cooperation with him.
02 RESULT
Research, Wireframing and Final design
I researched competitor's websites in the area, but also on national level to see what the trends in this fields are and where they place importance and how they structure their websites.
Wireframes
I considered several alternatives. Trying to highlight the products and making it look creative at the same time.
Final design
Below is what I came with. Most important parts of the page was the fold, were I made it clear what his business is about, and then, the Product & Services portfolio itself, which I tried to make look creatively. That should point to variety of gate and fence design he can build for his customers.

Lesson learned:
If the customer does not have any content for the project, consider that you will spent at least two times more time on its creation. Agree on that at the very beginning of the project.
